Abstract 제조 실행시스템에서의 성과 측정은 생산 현장의 현황 분석 및 관련 정보를 제공하여 기업의 전반적인 성과에 많은 영향을 미치는 중요한 사안이다. 기존의 성과 측정 관련 연구 및 국제 표준에서는 제조 실행시스템의 생산 영역에만 초점을 맞추고 있어서 다양한 영역과 지속적인 개선에 대해 고려하지 못하는 한계가 있다. 이러한 한계점을 해결하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 성과 측정을 할 대상으로 생산관련 이해관계자뿐만 아니라 경영관련 이해관계자까지 고려하였다. 그리고 성과 측정 프레임워크를 개발하여 지속적인 개선을 유도하는 것까지 수행할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 성과 측정 요소를 추출하기 위해서 미국의 Baldridge상, 유럽의 EFQM(European Foundation for Quality Management)상, 일본의 Deming상, 그리고 공급망 관리 관련 표준 모델인 SCOR 모델을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 제조 실행시스템과 관련 있는 요소들을 추출하였으며, 그 요소들을 다시 상위 분류로 나누었다. 이러한 분류를 통해 성과 측정을 하기 위한 계층분석과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process), 네트워크분석과정(Analytic Network Process)을 사용할 수 있게 되었다. 또한 상위의 두 방법론이 반영하지 못한 생산 현장의 현황을 반영하기 위해 추가적인 수식을 개발하여 도입하였다.

또한 프레임워크의 실현성을 확인하기 위하여 사례 연구를 수행하였다. 사례 연구를 통해 제안한 프레임워크는 성과 측정을 효과적으로 할 수 있으며, 지속적인 개선을 유도하고 있다는 것을 확인하였다.
