abstract In this paper, we propose the Fuzzy AHP(Analytic Hierarchical Process) Risk Breakdown Structure Model(FA-RBS) supporting military weapon development project based on Earned Value Manegement. Most of the military projects are huge in scale.So it is critical to perform risk management before project begines. many risk expert participate in risk decision process to prepare for fortune risk. But it tis very difficult to apply various and vague opinions to performance area. So we suggest FA-RBS Model to manage vague linguistic presentation cuased by risk expert's judgement. Especially, previous RBS merely focused on identifyng risk list. But it is useful for project manager to know how risks list effects performance area. So we constructed analytic model to three performance area-Schedule, Cost, and performance. And it converted qualitative tp quantitive information by pairwise comprising. Finally we concluded by discussing experiment of actial military project simualtion to prove validity
