abstract 본 연구에서는 긴급 주문의 수주 여부를 결정하는 데 기준으로 활용할 수 있는 합리적인 판단 근거를 제시한다. 일반적으로 생산 일정을 수립할 때는 생산 비용을 최소화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 그러나 수요의 변동이 크고 제품의 수명 주기가 짧아져 제품 가격의 하락이 빠른 상황에서는 생산 비용 위주의 생산 일정 수립은 한계가 있다. 긴급 주문의 경우에는 해당 주문을 수주할 경우 해당 고객의 만족도를 높일 수 있고 일반 주문에 비해 높은 수익을 기대할 수 있다. 반면 기존 생산 일정의 변경으로 생산 비용의 증가와 기존 주문의 납기 지연으로 인한 기존 고객의 불만족을 야기하기도 한다. 따라서 긴급 주문의 수주 여부를 결정할 때는 해당 주문의 수주에 의한 영향을 합리적으로 분석할 수 있는 근거가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 생산 일정, 제품과 고객에 대한 정보와 시장 상황을 바탕으로 시뮬레이션을 이용한 시나리오 제시법을 활용한다.
