abstract 비행 임무 계획에서 해당 임무에 적합한 항공기를 할당하는 것은 매우 중요한 요소 중의 하나이다. 비행 임무 계획을 위해 항공기를 할당하기 위해서는 항공기 가동 여부, 장비?무장 장착상태, 항공기 등급 및 차기 정비 일정 등으로부터 다양한 제약을 받게 된다.

기존 연구에서는 민간 항공사의 비행경로에 맞춘 항공기 할당 문제 또는 예방정비 일정과 승무계획을 함께 고려하는 문제를 대부분 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 예방 정비 일정을 고려하여 무장 및 장비 장탈 등 항공기 준비 작업 소요를 최소화하는 항공기 할당문제를 고려하였다. 모형 구성시 주요 고려 요소는 항공기 가동 여부, 장비?무장 장착 상태 및 차기 예방 정비 일정 등이다.

본 연구에서는 최적 비행시간 할당 문제를 풀기위해 혼합정수계획(Mixed integer programming)모형을 사용하였고, ILOG CPLEX(Ver. 12.1)를 활용하여 최적해를 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 모델은 비행부대의 일일 비행계획을 위한 항공기 할당 최적해를 빠른 시간 내에 생성함으로써 비행 부대와 정비부서의 업무 부하를 감소시키고 안전비행에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.
