abstract 최근의 비즈니스 환경변화는 기존과는 그 궤를 달리하는 새로운 기업 간 비즈니스 관계를 요구하고 있다. 표준화, 웹서비스, 시맨틱 웹 등의 발전은 비즈니스 프로세스 관점에서 인적 자원의 개입없이 정보를 교류하는 개방형 비즈니스 환경을 가능케 한다. 이러한 개방형 비즈니스 환경 하에서는 거래 당사자들 사이에 견적요청(RFQ), 견적(Quotation), 주문(Order), 협상(Negotiation) 등의 정보가 자유롭게 교류되어, 거래 당사자들의 관계가 기존의 강한 결속 관계(Tightly-coupled Relationship)에서 자유 관계(Free Relationship)로 변화하고 있다. 따라서 공급사슬계획의 기능도 고객의 요구뿐만이 아니라 공급자의 능력도 함께 고려하는 통합 개념을 반영할 수 있도록 진화해야 한다. 이러한 통합 개념과 더불어 효과적인 공급사슬계획에 있어 중요한 요소 중의 하나가 협상이며, 이 또한 개방형 환경에 적용될 수 있도록 발전되어야 한다. 이러한 필요성에 의해 본 연구에서 주문 수용 수준 최대화를 위한 양방향 협상을 고려한 통합된 공급사슬계획 모델에 관한 연구를 수행하고자 한다.
본 논문에서는 새롭게 대두되는 새로운 비즈니스 패턴을 정립하고 그의 수리모형을 제시, 문제 해결을 추구함으로써 새로운 형태의 문제에 대한 해결방법을 제시한다. 이러한 수리모델에서의 최적해 탐구는 단일 생산자 입장에서 정의되고, 이 과정에서 실제적이고 사실적인 협상 방법이 문제 해결을 위한 옵션으로서 고려된다. 논문에서 제시한 개별 생산자의 합리적인 비즈니스 의사 결정은 궁극적으로 전체 공급 사슬의 최적화를 가능하게 할 것으로 기대한다.
