abstract | Not more than a few years ago, the main method of delivering information was through medium of two dimensions, such as images, photographs, etc. Even in on–site safety education training system, the instruction is currently delivered using a simple instruction tool, such as voice or paper. Recently, there has been an increasing demand to deliver information using a more realistic and interactive medium. With the advent of Augmented Reality (AR), it is now possible to project three-dimensional objects onto real space and allow users to directly interact with the physical environment. In addition, this research proposes an enhanced marker with text mining. The marker works not only as a sign tracker to summon AR information of objects but also raises awareness of danger among on-site safety education training system in factories |
