abstract Costs and route problems all contribute to the unsuccessful implementation of a drug recovery system in pharmaceutical reverse logistics. One approach to solving these limitations is to adopt a data-driven drug recovery model. The aim of this study is to propose kiosks for collecting information of unused drugs from households and to analyze quantitative effects such as cost reduction and the qualitative effects. This study shows the effects such as the benefits to participants.
