Abstract Enterprise Resource Planning is begun in manufacturing area, and its core modules are MRP(material requirement planning) and MPS(master production schedule). MPS is important input of MRP, and drives MRP. Before material requirment calculation, MPS is scheduled. So by the stable and effective MPS, MRP complish the basic goal which is JIT philosophy.
New MPS is suggested in this study. With separation from actual customer order and forecast demand, visible ATP can be calculated, and when rescheduling process the nervousness can be decreased by load smoothing forecast demand first and actual order later. And New MPS has new ATP calculation process using the information which have both actual order data and forecast demand data. New MPS has three step which are development, validation and maintenance. MPS is validated by RCCP, and separated data is helpful to the separation of load profile.
