abstract 육군은군단급이하제대에육군전술지휘정보체계ATCIS(Army Tactical Control Information System, 이하ATCIS)를구
축하여전장을가시화하고반응시간의단축을이루고있다. 이러한ATCIS 및정보･감시장비의도입으로전장(Battlefield)의 불확실성과 가변성이 점점 줄어들고 있음에도, 지상작전을 위한 의사결정의 방법은 지휘관 및 주무 참모의 전술적 관점이나 과거 자료 및 경험에 기초한 정성적인 방법이 널리 적용되고 있다. 또한, 방책(Course of Action)을 선정하고 분석하기 위한 워게임(War game)과정에서도가용시간및능력의제한등으로피･아의강약점분석에의존하고있는실정이다. 이에새로운 장비도입에따른유･무형전력의균형적인발전의측면에서보다과학적이고정량적인의사결정방법의필요성이제기되고있으며, 야전부대에서보다빠르고쉽게적용할수있는방법이요구되고있다. 본연구에서는지상작전을위한의사결정과정인 부대지휘절차간전장정보분석(Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield; IPB)을위한지휘관및참모들의상황평가에서전장의불확실성으로인해발생하는모호한평가및분석을정량적으로반영하고보다실증적인의사결정을위해Fuzzy AHP 기법을 적용한 지상작전 의사결정방법을 제안하고자 한다.
