abstract 생산성 향상과 효율적인 프로세스 관리는 기존 업무의 문제점을 올바르게 파악하는 것에서부터 시작한다. 또한 데이터 수집에서 필요한 정보를 도출하는 데 많은 시간이 소요될 경우, 고객의 요구와 수요를 충족시키고 업무의 효율성을 높이기 위한 지속적인 프로세스 관리가 더욱 어려워진다. 본 논문은 실시간 정보획득 기술의 도입을 통해 제조공정 관리상 발생 가능한 여러 문제점을 개선하기 위한 방안과 기초적 의사결정을 위한 상황인지 시스템을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
