| abstract | There have been numerous researches in machine scheduling, but rarely applied to fields of industry, because previous studies tend to focus on schedule generation phase, neglecting input and execution phases before and af-ter it. A worker plays important rolls during those phases so worker’s abilities and needs should be investigated and reflected to make scheduler practical; ac-tually used as well as resulting good performance. This study aims at develop-ing practical machine scheduler especially for worker-involved machine cell. In this study worker’s rolls and characteristics are analyzed in scheduling aspect, and requirements on scheduler are derived. After that how to reflect those re-quirements are proposed and actual machine scheduler has developed upon it. |
