abstract | The advancement of information technology has changed the business environment dramatically and has also lead to the evolution of business processes among the business entities. Recent researches conducted in this area have put emphasis on the tight collaboration among the shareholders. However, this closely coupled process may result in human interference during information transaction or decision-making processes, causing unbalanced communication among the related entities. To overcome this problem, a new concept of self-integration has emerged. This new concept is based on the semantic web technology. In this study we analyzed the negotiation processes and classified the negotiation patterns for integrated supply chain planning in self-integration environment. |
