abstract 본 논문은 함정과 같은 다품종 소량의 시장 환경에서 고객들의 요구사항을 충족시키고 대량생산의 효과를 얻을 수 있도록 그룹기법(Group Technology) 개념을 이용하여 함정에 대한 플랫폼 패밀리(Platform Family)를 구성하는 방법을 제시하고, 이것을 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 매트릭스(Matrix) 형태로 제안하였다. 또한 이 논문에서 제안하고 있는 함정 플랫폼 패밀리에 대하여 현실 문제를 가정하여 비용분석을 수행하였고, 구체적인 비용 효과와 적용 가능한 범위를 제시하였다.
