| abstract | The massive disasters increase in 2000s, and the increase of the urbanization amplifies the loss caused by disaster. Because of that situation, studies on emergency logistics for disaster situations have received wide attention. South Korea has been less experienced huge disasters, but global increase of disaster raises the importance of emergency logistics. Emergency logistics problem is similar to general logistics problem, but it includes more uncertainty. To overcome the difficulty of emergency logistics problem, the distributed logistics planning system is suggested and its performance is evaluated by the simulation experiments. |
