abstract 본 논문에서는 작업 공정에 대한 지속적인 모니터링을 통해 자원의 비효율성 및 공정 지연을 측정하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 시스템을 제안하여 업무 효율을 지속적으로 향상시키는 방안을 제시한다. 기존에는 업무 개선을 위한 정보 수집 및 작성을 수작업으로 수행하였기 때문에 신속성과 정확성이 떨어졌다. 본 연구에서는 프로세스 개선을 위한 데이터의 정확성을 높이기 위해, RFID 시스템을 활용하여 자동으로 데이터를 수집하고, 수집한 데이터를 바탕으로 공정의 비효율성을 자동으로 분석함으로써 관리자의 의사결정을 지원한다.
