abstract 20세기 말 이후로 환경 문제가 대두되면서 생명주기 상 말기에 해당하는 각종 제품의 재활용에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 유럽 지역에서는 이에 대한 법령을 제정하고 있으며 기업들은 이러한 법령을 준수하려는 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 노력의 일환으로 본 연구에서는 RFID 기술을 이용한 회수물류 시스템의 프레임워크와 이를 시행하였을 때 회수물류 시스템 상에서의 각종 활동에 대한 운영계획 수립에 미치는 영향 및 기대효과를 제시한다.
