abstract 제조업의 공작기계 생산과정과 같은 Job shop에서는 특성상 수 만개의 부품으로 구성되어 복잡한 BOM(Bill of Material)구조로 가지며 이로 인해 MRP(Material requirements planning) 부품전개 과정에서 많은 시간을 소모하며 완성품을 만들기 위해 다단계의 작업을 거친다. 따라서 이를 고려한 Shop floor 단계의 스케줄링이 APS(Advanced Planning & Scheduling)시스템상에서 작성되어야 한다. 정보시스템에서 개별 제품의 Identifier와 스케줄링 정보를 규칙적인 하나의 데이터 체계로 만들 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서 본 연구에서는 개별 제품의 Identifier와 스케줄링 정보를 동시에 수록하는 데이터 저장 구조를 제안하며 해당 연구가 제조시스템에 가져올 효과에 대해 분석한다.
