| abstract | Recently, a combination of product and service is getting more attention as well as service itself. Since the needs for product-related service that satisfy customers increase, the life-long service for product after sale is required. In this paper, we propose a framework of intelligent service system for the middle-of-life products. The study about MOL phase of a product could positively affect customers using the product, and improvements of the research eventually generate more profits to companies. |
