| abstract | This study uses AHP method to evaluate intelligent service system and to select product type for the proposed system, and applies simulation method to evaluate different candidates of maintenance policies. The study about middle-of-life (MOL) phase of products could positively affect customers using the products, and improvements of the research eventually generate more profits to companies. |
