abstract 프로젝트 스케줄링의 연구는 다양한 산업에 대하여 많은 연구가 수행되어 왔다. 이러한 선행 연구들은 대부분 효율적인 일정계획의 생성을 위해 스케줄의 전체 소요 시간 최소화, 비용의 최소화 및 수익의 최대화 등과 같은 목표들을 단일 의사결정 기준으로 고려하였다. 따라서 복수의 의사결정 기준이 존재하는 현업의 특성을 적절히 반영하지 못하였다.
본 연구에서는 부하평준화와 재공 재고 기간의 발생이라는 두 가지 기준을 동시에 고려하는 다목적 문제를 고려한다. 즉, 스케줄링 단계에서 재공 재고 기간의 발생을 인식하며, 부하평준화를 목표로 하는 프로젝트 스케줄링 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이를 위해 부하평준화와 재공 재고 기간을 고려하는 통합된 지표를 제안하고, 확정적 기법을 통해 해결한다. 의사결정자는 고려하고자 하는 문제 상황에 적합한 알고리즘을 변형, 적용할 수 있다. 또한 문제 해결 과정에서 발생하는 과도한 계산 비용을 줄이기 위해 관계 제약 조건의 통합 모형을 채택하여 이를 알고리즘에 반영하였다.
