| abstract | The occurrences of massive disasters increase in the 2000s. To minimize the damages due to disasters, studies on emergency logistics have received a wide attention. It is a logistics problem with uncertain information. So in these studies, it is important to include possible measures from advanced ICT and optimization tools. We suggest a solution that evolves with the information content of the situation beginning from uncertainty. Finally a simulation study supports the validity of our approach. |
