abstract 국제화된 오늘날 국제 SCM 시장은 다양한 형태로 분화하고 있다. SCM S/W 시장이 지속적으로 성장해가는 상황에서 강력한 IT기술의 지원을 받아 물리적인 물류기술도 비약적으로 발전해 가고 있다. 특히 21세기 이후 꾸준히 화두가 되고 있는 국제복합일관수송 서비스의 경우 대외수출산업을 기반으로 하고 있는 우리에게는 매우 중요한 분야라 할 수 있다. 2007년 3월 한국철도공사(코레일)은 일본화물철도주식회사(JR화물㈜)와 제휴하여 서울과 동경을 직접 잇는 국제복합일관운송(한•일 Rail-Sea-Rail)서비스를 시작 운영하고 있다. 또한 현재 TST(시베리아횡단철도)에서 운영 중인 Block Train과 연계한 국제복합수송의 경우 부산에서 상페테스부르크까지 해상루트로 40일 정도 걸리는 기간을 그 절반인 20일까지 줄일 수 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 발표에서는 한국의 국제복합일관수송 현황을 진단하고 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다
